There is no charge for remote setup of any PC. Whether it was purchased through us or not.
Accounts Team
We have a dedicated accounts team to answer any accounts related queries.
Ticket System
Any email sent to our support email address are auto ingested into its ticket system and our SLA timers start immediately. We also offer the option of our clients being able to login to this system to log tickets, or review all open tickets either per user, or for the entire company.
Unlimited Remote Support/Onsite Break/Fix
We offer unlimited remote telephone support and on-site break/fix.
SLA
Your new contract will offer you SLA's 4x quicker than you have now - from a 4 hour response, down to 1.
Escalation Process

Bi-Annual Health Checks
As part of our standard support contract, we carry out 2 on site health checks per year.

the support team is bigger and better equipped to handle your needs. We also have a dedicated first, second and third line team meaning the right team dealing with the correct level of issue.
